Sometimes it takes us to get a little off balance to realize what our body needs. I am such a stickler on good health, we are only given one chance at this thing called life so it's important to treat our bodies good.
On Wednesday morning, I called my good good trainer girlfriend so she can get me back in the groove. Let's just say she got me right together! From the warm up to the yoga it was one of those moments where me and her were not friends lol! But it was greatly appreciated.
I say that to say...take care of your bodies, be active, eat good, and eliminate as much stress as possible.
